Current Fees

Intervention

The current consultation fees are $275.00 per 50-minute consultation.  

If you are using a GP or Paediatric referral, please bring a copy to your initial appointment or upload your referral on the intake form when prompted.  You may be entitled to up to six sessions with a Medicare rebate per referral, with a maximum of ten rebates per calendar year.  The rebate can be submitted by Extraordinary Minds Psychology directly to Medicare on your behalf and is approximately $98.95. 

Please note that Extraordinary Minds Psychology is not a Bulk Billing Service, so there is a gap fee.  If you have private health insurance, your insurance may cover the gap fee.  It is your responsibility to check your insurance policy to determine this.

Assessment

Assessment sessions are billed at the standard intervention session rate plus an additional $50.00 charge for the assessment tools your psychologist will purchase in order to complete your assessment.  Please speak to your psychologist about your individual needs for an estimate of how many sessions will be required for your assessment.
